Giurgola Stampi was founded in 1983.
The company’s production is focused on injection molds for caps, dispensers, threaded closures for high productivity, with leading position for unscrewing molds and flip top cap molds, for cosmetic, house care, food & beverage, pharma, medical and aerosol applications.
We can assist customer from: design of the cap, prototyping, pilots and construction of the molds, for multi-color and multi-component applications, using latest technologies in the field of 3D models, simulation, prototypes.
Our Technical Department is specialized in the design, development, and solutions for the molding of caps, always to improve quality and productivity.
In the toolshop, we automated the mold production process, implementing a technological and structural development plan, that permits us to pass to Industry 4.0.
We created an automatic cell, with anthropomorphic robot, connecting 6 milling and erosion machines, that permits us to work 24/24h and to have efficient organized production, reduction of lead time and energy saving.
We have a test area with 3 IMM for testing the molds; we also implemented a metrology department with 3 Zeiss machines (including a new Metrotom), for dimensional controls of steel and plastic parts, to give to customer the certainty of the quality of the molds.
Giurgola Stampi kept the traditional Italian flexibility with the industrial service system, to guarantee efficiency, repeatability, and quality standard over time.
