QUALITY MOULDS MADE IN ITALY
Alfa Stampi is specialized in the design and manufacture of moulds to produce O-Rings and technical articles in different types of elastomers and hard silicone for several industrial applications. Injection, compression, injection-compression, direct injection, and transfer are the types of moulding to which our moulds are mainly suitable.
Located in Adrara San Martino (Bergamo), in the so called "Rubber Valley" well-known all over the world for its high specialization in the rubber processing at 360 degrees, the company has been on the market since 1984.
Over the years, the trend of our production has undergone a significant change. In the early years the entire production was reserved to moulds for O-Rings and simple technical articles (e.g., washers, frames), and then gradually moved towards moulds for complex technical articles. Today this diversification has progressively increased over time and the number of moulds for complex parts currently exceeds 80%.
We assist our customers at every stage of their customized process: from the correct interpretation of their requirements right up to the delivery of the mould, we support our customers in their choices with innovative proposals and with targeted advice.
Through a combination of 3D software systems, 3- and 5-axis machining centres, lathes with motorized tools, die-sinking EDM and high-performance measuring instruments, our moulds meet the requirements of an increasingly demanding Italian and foreign clientele.
